FRANCESCA CAFAGGI

Francesca Cafaggi. She developed her professional experience in the civil law and banking & finance practice areas, also dealing with labour and family law issues.

She has been the Director of Litigation Department in major Italian Banks, focusing her activity on court proceedings and arbitration.

Within the labour law area she specializes in social security matters and compensation policies as well as in the definition of employee/employer relationships, both inside and outside courts. She has specific professional and academic experience in bankruptcy proceedings, both as consultant and trustee, also being a lecturer in Bankruptcy Law for the Lawyers’ School of Bari.

In 2005 she collaborated to the drafting of a commented edition of the Italian Civil Code by Giuffré. Also to be mentioned is the experience Francesca has accrued acting as internal consultant for several car rental companies where she provided sector-specific contractual assistance.
