Proposal for a Regulation for the Digital Networks Act (DNA)

The Commission proposes the Digital Networks Act (DNA), which offers a modern, simplified, and harmonised legal framework to bolster Europe's competitiveness.

By strengthening digital networks, the framework will create the basis for greater adoption of AI, cloud, space and other innovative technologies, and accelerate Europe's digital transformation for the benefit of its citizens.

The DNA proposal aims to replace the EU Electronic Communications Code.
