New Sabatini Law

The "Nuova Sabatini", the measure of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development which aims to support the productive investments of small and medium-sized enterprises for the purchase of capital goods, was refinanced with an additional 300 million euros.

SMEs may benefit from the concessions for the purchase of tangible assets (machinery, plants, business capital goods, new factory equipment and hardware) or intangible assets (software and digital technologies).
