Il Tribunale Bologna Sez. lavoro Ord., 02/01/2021 ha disposto che  sono di carattere discriminatorio quei criteri di accesso alle sessioni di lavoro, gestiti e applicati tramite una piattaforma digitale, che nel determinare il cd. ranking reputazionale del rider pregiudicano le sue occasioni di lavoro future laddove non prendono in considerazione la causa giustificativa dell'eventuale sua assenza.
