Federico Eusepi

Federico Eusepi joined  “Cugia Cuomo e Associati” in February 2020. He graduated in law at “ Roma Tre University”. He discussed his graduation thesis on Information Technology Law, entitled “The regulation of on-demand video services related to the Netflix Inc. case study" (Supervisor Prof. Francesco Cardarelli). He is a member of Trainee Lawyer Register of the Bar Association of Rome since march 2020.

His legal practice is focused on civil litigation dealing with civil liability, breach of contractual obligations, and corporate law.

His main interests concern TMT, Civil and Public Law. He writes legal articles in matters of TMT regulatory issues, also working on the Newsletter published by CC&A.
