Specialized lawyer in corporate compliance and international law. He collaborates with the chair of international law and international environment law with Prof. Giuffrida at the University of Foreigner Students of Perugia. He is also teacher in international law at the University of Viterbo – SNAM Program Degree. His professional activities mainly concern the commercial corporate law and international law, with particular regard to the aspects concerning the corporate contract law, the international trademarks normative, trusts, ltd and companies law, international projects financing by WB, European Commission – FED, the national and international arbitrations, the national and European normative about visa releasing in Schengen area, providing consultancy and legal assistance even to companies in Italy and abroad. He is a member of Union des Avocats Européens – UAE and of the Civil Chamber of Rome. He publishes articles in specialized magazines and also in university journals.
