In accordance with Article 174-sexies of the Italian Copyright Law, introduced by the Omnibus decree, providers of network access services, search engine operators, and information society service providers, including providers and intermediaries of Virtual Private Network (VPN) services or other technical solutions that hinder the identification of the originating IP address, content delivery network operators, internet security service providers, and distributed DNS providers, who act as reverse proxy servers for websites between site visitors and hosting providers, shall designate and notify the Authority a single point of contact enabling them to communicate directly, electronically, with the Authority for the enforcement of the Copyright Law. Entities which do not have an establishment in the Union, but which offer services in Italy shall designate in writing, notifying the Authority of the name, postal address, and email address, a natural or legal person to act as their legal representative in Italy and allow direct electronic communication with the Authority for the enforcement of the Copyright Law.

AGCOM requests all service providers, to communicate their point of contact or the contact details of their legal representative via the email address tavoloantipirateria@agcom.it, or certified email (PEC) address agcom@cert.agcom.it, where possible, specifying in the subject line "CONTACT POINT/LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES COMMUNICATION pursuant to art. 174-sexies LDA".

Entities intending to use the contact points and/or the legal representatives already notified in accordance with Articles 11 and 13 of the DSA shall give appropriate notice to AGCOM.
