She is Junior Associate of the Cugia Cuomo & Associati.

She got her Law Master’s Degree at “Aldo Moro” –  University of Bari, in July 2014. She drafted her master’s thesis on “The right to be forgotten: comparative studies ”.

Before joining the firm, Simona worked in a leading international law firm.

Simona advises important companies, national and multinational, and regularly drafts contracts and legal opinions on corporate law and trade law.

She is also accruing her experience within the banking and finance law.
